Decommission of the Event Registration System (ERS):

From 18th Sep 2024, the existing Event Registration System (ERS) has been replaced by the new Event Management System (EMS). EMS (https://event.ntu.edu.sg) offers more features and functionalities (email campaign, multi-tabs, etc.), as well as payment integration (which is in the pipeline), allowing the event organizers and participants to enjoy seamless event management experience.

Key events for ERS decommissioning:
18 Sep 2024 0800 hrs onwards Unable to create new events in the ERS, but ERS remains accessible for registration of active events. All new events are to be created on EMS. Please disable events in ERS if you have moved them to EMS to prevent double registration.
31 Dec 2024 2359 hrs onwards ERS will no longer be accessible for all users and for all functions..

How to use new EMS?

  1. Click here to request an account via ServiceNow.
  2. Complete the training (approx.. 75mins) and obtain the certification for the corresponding role applied for (e.g. Event Manager, Event Editor and Attendee Manager) within one month of account creation.
  3. When creating an event, users are to adhere to the guidelines in the FAQs, particularly the requirements for NTU Privacy Statement and setting up events as "private" unless there is written approval from the Chief Communications Officer (CCO).
