| Summary | In this project, the concept of CMS will be applied and a live information dissemination system will be built. The system will be able to accept, store, and disseminate useful information in a timely fashion while prevent it away from unauthorized access. A series of web technologies is studied and evaluated, which are then applied to make the system efficient, stable, and generic. |
