Topic: 5 Effective Strategies to manage Examination Stress and Anxiety

It is normal for students to experience stress and anxiety when managing your studies, and your stress levels may increase during the examination period. In this webinar, you will learn techniques for the effective management of stress and anxiety relating to studying for your examinations. This will help you to avoid being overwhelmed and to enjoy better concentrate and prepare for your examinations.

 

About the speaker:

Dr. Zainab Shaukat is an Educational Therapist at Psych Connect Singapore. Having experience with young children as well as adults, her work involves, Literacy and Numeracy Teaching, using primarily the Orton Gillingham Approach, to students with, but not limited to, Dyslexia, Dyscalculia, ASD, ADHD, SPD, NVLD, and struggling learners; Executive Functions Skills Training to empower children as well as adults with tools and strategies to manage time; plan, organize and prioritize multiple goals; develop emotional and functional flexibility and develop skills to juggle multiple tasks, both at school and in professional life; developing social cognition in individuals with SpLD using the Social Thinking Methodology. She did her Specialist Diploma in Specific Learning Differences(SpLD), from DAS Academy Singapore and has a medical background, with a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS), Pakistan.
