Examination stress affects most students in varying ways. Students may feel anxious and overwhelmed as the examination draws near. It is important to manage these anxieties and find ways to eliminate the risk of burnout. In this webinar, the speaker will be covering topics on:

 

  • What are examination stress and anxiety?

  • Factors that increase the risk of examination stress and anxiety

  • Signs and consequences of stress and anxiety 

  • Effective strategies to manage examination stress and anxiety

About the speaker:

Mr Benjamin Low is a Clinical Psychologist, a Full Member of the Singapore Psychological Society, and Registered Psychologist (Singapore). His professional training is accredited by the Australian Psychological Accreditation Council and he is an alumnus of the University of Melbourne, the University of Queensland, and James Cook University. Benjamin has seen clients facing different psychological issues in corporate, hospital, university, and social service settings. Currently he is working at Psych Connect where he works with older adolescents and adults.
