Overview

In the new normal of post COVID-19, consumers will get used to e-commerce shopping and stay social via various social media platforms although this social space is virtual. The future business opportunities and effective marketing lie in the fusion of the two big digital trends: social media and e-commerce, known as Social Commerce. 

In this course, participants will learn effective social media platforms in e-commerce marketing to transform their business with social commerce. Other companies can also use social media and e-commerce marketing strategies to get their brand, profile and products to be shared online.
