Presentation and Interview Skills

by  Dr Andrew Goh

19 January 2022, Wed | 10.30am – 12noon | Livestream

About the seminar:

Presentation skills is an important ability one can learn in Graduate school before entering the workforce. Participants will learn on how to prepare themselves for a presentation and adapt them for the different types of audiences. From presenting their research outcome at a conference or to the general public at a Three-Minute Thesis (3MT) symposium, a good presentation will help make a lasting impact.

Students will also develop Interview Skills by learning how to interpret the interview questions asked, preparing their answers by highlighting significant experiences and their relevant academic achievements.

About the speaker:

Dr Andrew Goh makes Presentations as a platform speaker to small groups and big conferences. He is known for his insightful yet light-hearted approach. He has written various books including “Management by Humour” which he taught as an Elective subject at NTU. Among other voluntary responsibilities, he has served on the Singapore Advisory Council of World Vision International and the Board of Halogen Young Leaders Foundation.

*Do note that students are required to stay for 75% of the seminar duration in order to get their attendance endorsed.
