Withdrawal / No-show from Competition
A cancellation request made before 3 March 2023, with a valid justification may be considered for a partial refund, subject to the discretion of the organizing committee and the club's management team. Please note that all requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and the refund process may take up to two months, with a chargeable processing fee. However, it should be noted that no refunds will be permitted after the aforementioned date.
