About the seminar:
Influencing skills refer to the ability to persuade and motivate others to take action, make decisions, or change their behaviour. It is a valuable skill in personal and professional life, as it allows individuals to create positive outcomes and achieve their objectives through effective communication and negotiation. Getting Your Way begins with an understanding your the person whom you are engaging with and his/her needs. To influence someone, you need to know what they care about, what motivates them, and what they want to achieve. This will help you tailor your message to resonate with their values and priorities. Active listening, communicating clearly, negotiation skills and asserting are just some of the topics that will be covered during the 90-minute session.
About the speaker:
Jing Ye is a WSQ ACLP (Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance) Certified Trainer, leveraging his extensive corporate experiences to facilitate holistic learning experiences for professional growth. Jing Ye has extensive experience in training and facilitating a variety of enrichment topics such as Leadership, Design Thinking, Public Speaking, and many others. Jing Ye firmly believes that at the heart of any organisation lies it people, and his mission as a trainer is to bring out the best in people through lively facilitation.
