Prioritizing Sleep for Greater Personal Effectiveness

by Dr John Shepherd Lim

21 Jun 2023, Wed | 10.30am – 12noon | Livestream

About the seminar:

Why is sleep so important? Sleep and mental health go hand-in-hand. Good sleep is essential for maintaining our baseline mental health, as one night of sleep deprivation can dramatically affect mood the next day. Chronic exposure to poor sleep quality is associated with depression, anxiety, and other conditions. In this session, participants will learn the importance of sleep, demonstrate understanding about the barriers to sleeping well, the cycles of sleep and articulate ways to increase the quality and quantity of sleep.
