Effective Conflict Resolution

by Mr Wee Jing Ye

16 August 2023, Wed | 10.30am – 12noon | Livestream

About the seminar:

Familiarity breeds contempt, and in the rush of deadlines and managing projects, we take for granted our choice of words and action, which may impale and maim. We become insensitive to other people’s feelings and sacrifice cohesion or service excellence in that hot-headed moment. While we are only human, it is crucial that everyone is sensitive to these moments and be equipped to deal with them before they arise. Effective Conflict Resolution aims to enable participants on recognizing triggers to resolve the situation amicably. It equips participants with the skillsets to resolve conflicts that would have otherwise ended in tears or bruised egos.
