About the seminar:

Whether we are selling, managing, collaborating, or purchasing, we are most likely involved with negotiations every day of our lives. Negotiation is the part of these processes during which we try to reach common ground. To develop long-term relationships, we want all stakeholders to feel they got a fair deal and that we would do business together again. In the end, if we have approached the negotiation looking for a win-win outcome, we can make it a positive experience for everyone involved: our customers, our organization, and ourselves. In this module, we will build a foundation of understanding and develop some of the skills necessary to be successful in this arena. We identify the variety of negotiation points, besides price, that add value to our offer. Understanding the negotiation process helps us respond logically rather than react emotionally.

 

About the speaker:

Mae currently coaches and trains executives full-time. She has coached and trained executives from institutions such as MediaTek, Littelfuse, Richmont, AbbVie, etc. Mae is a seasoned sales leader with more than 20 years of leadership experience in multi-national companies from the Fortune 500. She has successfully worked across multiple cultures and complex stakeholder structures in APAC to bring about desired results. As a trainer, Mae has delivered programs to help companies thrive and sustain results in complex B2B sales environment.
