About the seminar:

Mental well-being influences every facet of a person's life from their emotional health to their ability to manage stress, build relationships and achieve their goals. By engaging in this session, participants are investing in their well-being and future success. In today's fast-paced and demanding world, the importance of mental well-being cannot be overstated. It is recognised that the urgency of addressing this topic is dedicated to delivering a comprehensive approach to empower individuals in their quest for improved mental health. The well-being of individuals is paramount to their overall success and aims to equip participants with essential tools and knowledge to cultivate emotional resilience and achieve a state of positive mental well-being. The session will cover an array of topics including stress management, positive thinking, sleep quality, fostering positive relationships and effective self-care practices.

 

About the speaker:

A PhD qualified in HR from Australia, CHRO with 30 years of experience in an international setting, especially in Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa region. Makarand has a genuine interest for people and his philosophy is to add value to people’s lives. He lives up to what he strongly believes in by imparting his knowledge and experience through continuous contribution to Human Development. He is also an active public speaker in many key Human Capital related events and conferences.
